Windy Ridge is a lovely colonial style house set high on a ridge with panoramic views of the south coast of Antigua, Montserrat and Guadeloupe. It is set in an acre of fenced, landscaped gardens with a large parking area. The house is full of character and has been decorated in a tasteful Caribbean style.
On the top level there is the master bedroom with a view over the harbour, a bathroom, kitchen with a breakfast bar adjoining a large, light living area. There is an office facing the harbour views which has a sofa bed option. On the West side is an open air, covered dining room and a large deck with swing seat where one can enjoy the views down the uninhabited coast. The perfect spot for a sunset cocktail.
On the lower level is a second bedroom with a private terrace, a bathroom and a laundry room.
Windy Ridge enjoys spectacular views and cool breezes and is a truly magical place to spend time. It is approximately a 15 minute drive from the marinas in Falmouth and half that to the nearest supermarket. Set on the edge of the National Park there are wonderful hikes to beaches and horse riding nearby.
There is also a small cottage situated at the very bottom of the property which the owner uses when she is in Antigua. It is completely private and has its own entrance away from the main house. This could possibly be rented in addition to the main house, if required, at times.
In addition there is a 3 door RAV4 car which can be rented with the house.
